GLENDA HARDING
Glenda has been organising conferences, seminars and events for over 25 years for a wide variety of organisations. She is one of only 52 Certified Event Managers throughout Australasia. Along with corporate events, Glenda has been responsible for organising fundraising events, with record results. She is well regarded as someone who 'can look outside the square' to help create something that is fresh and memorable for her clients.
Glenda holds overall responsibility for projects within Harding Conferences. From the financial management to ensuring all website updates are implemented on time and correctly, Glenda has a hands-on approach to your conference. With extensive experience working alongside corporate sponsors and industry exhibitors, Glenda is able to ensure all parties get the best results from their resource and financial commitment. Testament to this, are the clients who have been with Glenda since the company’s inception – over 25 years.
Outside of work she enjoys socialising with her husband of 39 years, 3 grown children, and 3 precious grandchildren.
Lucy MAckay
Lucy has been with the Harding Conferences team for almost two years and brings with her a background in administration, and contract management in the labour hire and mining sectors overseas. Her work in remote locations has enabled her to grow and learn alongside a diverse range of people from all around the world, something she is enjoying building on in the conference industry.
Outside of work, Lucy is a keen crafter, avid reader and enjoys spending time with her husband, son and extended family in the Kaikōura and Marlborough regions.
stacey schembri
Stacey is the newest member of the Harding Conferences team, a recent graduate from the University of Canterbury with a Bachelor of Communications and a Graduate Diploma in Business (marketing). Her work in the performing arts industry has given her a passion for events and a keen eye for detail, which she is looking forward to utilising in the conference industry.
Outside of work, Stacey enjoys being on stage and spending time with friends and family.
Libby Hilder
Libby has worked with Harding Conferences for over 16 years on a contract basis. She also owns and runs her own recruitment business. With a background that includes recruitment, management and sales, Libby clearly enjoys working with people. A recent comment from a conference was “Libby is a hoot and was great fun to be around”.
Libby is committed to meeting project objectives and will ensure the timeline is followed and all deliverables are presented on time.
RACHAEL FRATER
Rachael has been part of the Harding Conferences team for over two years and with a customer focused approach, she is keen to ensure that clients get the most out of their events. Her extensive customer facing experience means that you are always in good hands.
Outside of work, Rachael enjoys crafting and upcycling furniture, as well as exploring the great outdoors with her husband and two children.
Teresa cargill
Teresa is an experienced marketer and event manager having worked with a range of companies, mostly within the technology sector.
Teresa’s event management experience spans a range of event types; from conferences, exhibitions, awards dinners, product launches and more. Having held various marketing positions throughout her career, she is also skilled in brand management, digital marketing, advertising and product development.
Teresa enjoys seeing a project come together and loves the challenge of juggling many balls and balancing priorities, this extends into her personal life where she is mum of three.
